Ms. Nilsson joined Axel Johnson Inc. in 2011. Her responsibilities include identifying and completing new acquisition and investment opportunities as well as assisting in the oversight and governance of the portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Axel Johnson Inc, Veronica worked as an Associate and part of the investment team at Novax, Axel Johnson AB’s wholly owned investment company. At Novax, she gained experience in deal generation and the investment process, as well as corporate governance. Prior to Novax, Veronica was an analyst within equity research at ABG Sundal Collier, with coverage of Nordic retail and consumer goods companies.
Veronica has a MS in Business and Economics Administration from Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) in Sweden.
