Ms. Sarsfield has direct responsibility for the accounting and controls function, cash management, financial planning and analysis and a range of other corporate finance and administrative matters.
Prior to joining Axel Johnson, Ms. Sarsfield was with RA Capital Management, a healthcare-focused equity investment fund, where she was CFO. Before that, she was CFO of BlueStar Capital Management, a fund of funds firm also in the healthcare sector. During her career, Ms. Sarsfield has also acted in other analytical, FP&A, and business development roles, including at W.R. Grace & Co.
Ms. Sarsfield holds a BA in Biology from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
