Mr. Pascale heads up the U.S. group’s tax department. His team is responsible for all income tax matters involving planning and research, policies and procedures, financial statement reporting, compliance and governmental audits. Other areas of concentration include M&A initiatives, international growth opportunities and various business transactions.
Mr. Pascale holds a BS in Accounting from Bentley College and an MS in Taxation from C.W. Post at Long Island University.
